Dr Devang Patel graduated in 2004 and has been working as a general dental practitioner since he graduated. During his professional career, Dr Devang Patel has developed great interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry including implant dentistry. He has worked towards achieving highest standards of dentistry by undertaking different postgraduate courses including a one year full time MSc course at Eastman Dental Institute for which he was awarded distinction and postgraduate prize for excellence in clinical and academic achievement.

He keeps himself up-to-date by reading the latest research papers and attending various seminars and courses both national and international. He has a special interest in patients with severe tooth surface loss, endodontic problems, complex fixed and removable prosthodontics using implants which may need autogenous bone-grafting and sinus lift procedure, full mouth rehabilitation and temporo-mandibular joint dysfunction.

He is very focused, professional and committed in achieving good rapport with his patients through good communication skills and providing excellent quality of care. He strongly believes in patient-led treatment planning which is supported by clinicians to suit patients’ personal needs. His caring and polite nature helps him treat nervous patients and provide them with the care they need.

In addition to private practice, Dr Devang Patel teaches post graduate dentists at University College London, Eastman Dental Institute, and King’s College London where he trains dentists who want to further their career in restorative dentistry. He also mentors’ dentists for implant and complex rehabilitation cases. His main teaching interests are occlusion and its use in full mouth reconstructions including implant supported restorations.

Patients often recommend that their friends and family see Yash because his calm manner makes them feel extremely at ease. He is always reading and enrolling in new courses to fulfil his ambition to further his dental knowledge. It is this quality that also makes him a great foundation dentist trainer; his trainees love learning new techniques and procedures from him. He is keenly interested in Restorative Dentistry and is currently enrolled in courses to tackle tooth-wear and full mouth rehabilitation.

He has completed the UK-Brazil residency course from the Perio-Implant International and Advanced Horizontal and Vertical Bone and Soft Tissue Regeneration by ASHA and is currently being mentored by Dr. Selveraj Balaji. He has also cleared the highly competitive Membership of Implant Dentistry by Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He adores his little girl, who is his absolute world. Outside of dentistry, his passion lies in cricket and he plays every weekend for a local club.

Shivika (or Shiv as fondly called by everyone) is the Co-Principal along with Dev and Yash. She is a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a desire to offer her patients the best all-round care and make them feel at ease.

Shivika had always been keenly interested in Orthodontics, which fuelled her desire to become a leading Invisalign provider in Chesham. She is currently a Platinum Invisalign provider and has successfully treated hundreds of patients to achieve their desired smile.

She keeps herself up-to-date with the latest technology, constantly pushing herself to get familiar with the innovations in dentistry. She is also a foundation dentist trainer and enjoys teaching young budding dentists the regulations of working within the NHS. They look up to her for professional advice and as a friend and mentor to guide them in their journey.

She completed her PG Cert in Dental Education and started a year-long Diploma in Clear Aligners with Bolton University to enhance her knowledge further. She is a mother to an adorable toddler and enjoys spending time with her. She enjoys travelling, reading, dancing, and eating out.

Sunny qualified from Guy's Kings and St. Thomas's Hospital in 2005 at the age of 22 making him one of the youngest dentists in the country at the time. He then started work at Harrow Weald Dental Practice in 2006 and went to pass his MFGDP exam at the Royal College of Surgeons soon after.

He was recently a finalist for Best Young Dentist (Under 35 years age category) in London at the National Dentistry Awards 2012 and also Best Dental Employer at the Private Dentistry Awards 2012.

‍

He has pushed and driven his clinic team to achieving the very prestigious titles of Best Dental Team in London 2011 and Best National Clinic Time at My Face My Body Awards 2012. These awards are all judged by different panels of some of the most world renowned and respected dentists from the UK.

‍

Sunny has trained up numerous trainee dental nurses and also worked with London Deanery Schemes to help train newly qualified dentists. He has been featured in dental magazines/local newspapers numerous times. He has also written published dental articles on how to build an award winning practice/team and also on the latest most useful gadgets in dentistry. He reviews and assesses new dental equipment materials and has provided feedback for product development for one of the biggest international dental companies.

‍

His interests lie in cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, making high quality dentures, restoring implants and dental/general photography. He works closely with specialists and also has a great interest in the cosmetic alignment of teeth and is approved by all major systems including Invisalign and Inman Aligner. He is very experienced at dealing with nervous patients and children.

Sunny regularly attends advanced dental courses and keeps his knowledge up-to-date with the latest techniques and gadgets. He has completed a one year Advanced Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dentistry Course and has also completed Facial Aesthetic Courses and provides Botulinum toxin and fillers enabling him to treat the whole face.

He spends nearly all his spare time with his family and young kids and when he gets time loves the theatre and enjoying football and cricket.

Dr Gore graduated from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Dental Hospital in 1993 and went on to complete multiple Senior House Officer posts in maxillofacial surgery, followed by a year practising oral surgery in Australia, working within Aboriginal communities. She later obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics in London, alongside further certifications in cosmetic dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and dental education.

She is an Invisalign® Gold Provider and enjoys clear aligner orthodontics Teeth whitening (Enlighten). She is passionate about her dental  work and Caries  out restorative work as well and crowns , dentures , extractions and more.

Dr Gore has founded and led both private and mixed dental practices and has been dedicated to training future generations of dentists since 2004 through her role as a Dental Foundation Trainer with Health Education England. To date, she has successfully trained 28 dentists.

‍

Teaching is one of Dr Gore’s greatest passions. Committed to evidence-based practice, she regularly lectures on a wide range of UK dental courses and serves as a clinical supervisor for undergraduate students at Guy’s Hospital and King’s College London. She also sits on interview panels for prospective dental students and is an examiner for final year dental graduates.

She has been selected for and awarded The King’s College Education award 2026 and is the overall faculty winner for “Excellent Student Support”.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr Gore was Highly Commended as Best Dentist 2021 by The Probe.

Dr Gore has co- authored Dentisry In a Nutshell clinical Text book with Dr Maan.

‍

She is the founder & president  of the first  British Iranian Dental association In Uk.

Dr Gore is a contributing author to the  third edition of the College’s Standards in Dentistry publication and was elected Vice President of the College of General Dentistry & committee member for the North Thames region in 2025.

Adam graduated from the University of Bristol, School of Oral and Dental Sciences. He has then successfully completed his foundation training in the North West London Deanery. He is an active member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow.

Adam has a special interest in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and facial aesthetics. He has attended many courses in order to enhance his skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care in the best interests of patients. He can offer orthodontics with multiple systems including Cfast, Inman Aligners and soon he will be completing a course with Invisalign®.

He is a very passionate and gentle dentist and coupled with his friendly nature he is able to provide a high-quality bespoke service for you.

Ali qualified from Newcastle University with a merit in academic dentistry. He is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and his hard work and dedication led him to win the BACD award in 2022. He has a strong social media presence with his Youtube Channel and Instagram account ‘Two Dentists’, with his videos being showcased in universities across the country as well as worldwide. Alongside this, he has a passion for teaching and has lectured at Barts and the London School of Dentistry sharing his skills in dental photography.

Ali’s main interests lie in oral surgery and wisdom teeth removal, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and endodontics. He has attended many courses to enhance his skills such as the Mini Smile Makeover course and the Enlighten Whitening course. To further his skillset and build on his passions, Ali is undergoing a postgraduate diploma in restorative and aesthetic dentistry and will soon be completing a course with Invisalign.

Ali is focused on providing high-quality holistic dental care and through his kind and gentle manner he is great at alleviating patient anxiety.

Kavita qualified from Barts and The London, Queen Mary University of London in 2019. She then joined Harrow Weald Dental Practice for her foundation training year, during which time she also volunteered in the Northwick Park COVID-19 Intensive Treatment Units.

After completing her foundation year, Kavita stayed on as an Associate Dentist.

Since qualifying as a dentist, she has obtained the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) at the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Kavita’s interests lie in general and cosmetic dentistry. She is an Invisalign and C Fast Aligner provider and also has further training in composite bonding and teeth whitening.

Kavita frequently works with severely anxious patients to improve their oral health, whilst overcoming their fears. She believes in a patient centred approach, with appointments going at a pace that her patients are comfortable with. Kavita is always happy to have a chat with her patients and answer any questions that they may have.  

Kavita enjoys spending time with her family, looking for the best pizza in town and is always planning her next adventure.

Carina qualified in Dentistry in 2006, having then worked six years as a general dental practitioner, with a view of pursuing her aspiration to undergo speciality training in Endodontics. She then joined the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London where she trained and was awarded a Masters of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Endodontics. Carina subsequently attained a Membership in Restorative Dentistry by the Royal College of Surgeons of England, being currently registered on the Endodontics Specialist List.

During her training at the renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, Carina dealt with a wide range of cases. This allowed her to develop and refine her skills, techniques and experience, preparing her for management of complex cases, which she always aims to do at her "very best".

‍

Carina is a "people person" and her main priority is always patient care, hand-in-hand with the delivery of treatment at specialist standards. She strives to discuss and guide patients in decisions prior to treatment, simultaneously creating a rapport with the patient with a view of creating a relaxed and comfortable experience.

Alpa graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2016. She has undertaken various training jobs in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery over the years. Currently, she works as a Specialty Doctor in Oral Surgery in various hospitals, supervises dental trainees and runs hands-on courses for newly qualified dentists. She is also a Level 2 provider for oral surgery.

Alpa enjoys managing dentally anxious patients and patients with complex medical needs, and offers services under sedation.

Dr Nirali graduated from Plymouth University in 2020, where she enjoyed exploring the Cornish coast and countryside. Originally from Northampton, she returned to the area to complete her foundation training, followed by a maxillofacial surgery post at the local hospital. In 2022, she achieved the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and has since continued to expand her skills through a variety of postgraduate courses.

Nirali has a particular interest in restorative dentistry and is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of dentistry, Nirali enjoys painting, travelling, and taking walks in nature.

Raj qualified as a dentist from Dr. MGR Medical University, India in 2000. He then worked in India for two years and moved to UK. He has worked in various Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery departments including Barnet, Sheffield and Nottinghamshire hospitals.  This was followed by several positions for various health authorities and general dental practice.

Raj has completed “one to one” certificate course in dental implants at University of Sheffield. Subsequently, he has completed three years full-time specialist training in periodontology at Eastman Dental Institute, UCL (University College London) and gained the Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He was also awarded EFP (European Federation of Periodontology) certificate of completion of specialised training in periodontology.

He has worked as a Locum Consultant Periodontist at Guys hospital, London.  He currently holds a teaching position at King’s College London-Dental Institute.

Raj is happy to accept referrals for treatment of gum disease (non-surgical and surgical treatment of gum disease, gum disease treatment around dental implants, crown lengthening surgeries and periodontal plastic surgeries).

Sarika graduated from The University of Manchester in 2013.

After completing her foundation training, she has committed to working in general practice since. She is a fully qualified provider of Six Month Smiles and Invisalign and can offer consultations to discuss all options for cosmetic adult orthodontics.

She has also completed a 1 year certified course in Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry and can provide options for smile makeovers, crowns, fillings and whitening.

Sarika enjoys general dentistry and her gentle and friendly nature makes her perfect for treating children and nervous patients. She is happy to work with patients to alleviate any anxiety and make their dental experience comfortable.

Outside of work, she spends time with her two young daughters and family, and enjoys baking, reading and crafting.

Dr Mariam Alkateb is a recent graduate of King’s College London, having completed the graduate entry dental program after moving to the UK from America. Her background is in Public Health and she has had 10 years of experience working in the dental team, from marketting, to nursing, and now as a foundation dentist at Harrow Weald

She has been an active member of the student and philanthropic communities in London. She’s joined the university speaking circuit with a series of online and in person community events.

Her passion in dentistry lies in communication, a holistic approach to clinical practice and career, and prevention focused care.

Puru qualified as a dentist from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2008. His main area of interest is endodontics (root canal treatments) and recently he completed a masters degree in this field from King's College London. This advanced training has allowed him to deepen his knowledge and refine his skills in managing more complex root canal cases. Puru now dedicates much of his time to providing endodontic care and accepting referrals for challenging root treatments. He has also been involved with mentoring and teaching newly qualified dentists.

Outside of dentistry Puru is a keen guitarist, has performed with various bands in the past, and has also kept busy with his young family!

Aleksandra is an enthusiastic and caring Dental Hygienist with extensive experience working in both NHS and private practices.

Her main passion is helping patients improve their oral health through gentle, effective treatment and clear, practical advice that they can apply in their daily lives.

She has a special interest in periodontics (gum health) and takes great satisfaction in seeing the positive difference that good care and patient education can make to a person’s smile and confidence.

Aleksandra is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT) and the British Society of Periodontology (BSP). Through these professional memberships, she stays up to date with the latest research and techniques to ensure her patients receive the highest standard of care.

Alongside her dental training, she also holds a Diploma in Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics, and truly believes in the strong connection between diet, lifestyle, and oral health.

When she is not in the clinic, Aleksandra enjoys travelling, gardening,cooking, and exploring the benefits of herbal medicine and natural supplements.

Her goal is always to make every visit as comfortable and positive as possible while helping patients take simple steps towards a healthier mouth and a brighter smile.

Sejal qualified from the School of Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in 2008. Since then, she has built a successful career working within a number of leading dental practices across London, gaining valuable experience alongside specialist practitioners.

An award-winning dental hygienist, Sejal was honoured with the Best Hygienist Award at the Oral Health Awards in 2021 and again at the Dentistry Awards in 2024. She is highly regarded for her exceptional clinical skills, gentle manner, and dedication to delivering the highest standard of patient care.

Known for her calm and reassuring approach, Sejal is passionate about helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their treatment, particularly those who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist.

She has a special interest in advanced periodontal therapy and preventative dentistry, focusing on helping patients achieve and maintain excellent long-term oral health through personalised care and education.

Outside of practice, Sejal is actively involved in dental charity initiatives both within the UK and internationally, including community outreach and educational school visits.

In her spare time, Sejal enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Ema is a Qualified Dental Nurse (2017) with extensive clinical experience, including two years of dedicated specialization in endodontics and working with us since 2022. She is an expert in complex root canal therapy assistance, precise surgery management, and maintaining high-standard infection control. A compassionate practitioner, Ema focuses on patient comfort, efficient team collaboration, and seamless clinical workflows.

In almost a decade Ledjona has dedicated her career to clinical excellence and patient safety. Working closely with our implantologist, she takes pride in meticulously managing every detail of the surgical environment. Ledjona's priority is to ensure that every patient feels secure, fully supported, and well-cared for throughout their entire treatment journey.

Ruchi is a friendly and dedicated Trainee Dental Nurse. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and welcome during their visits. Ruchi is passionate about learning and developing her skills within dentistry.

Outside of work, Ruchi enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves reading.

Bhavisha is an experienced and highly valued Dental Nurse who has been a dedicated member of the Harrow Weald Dental Practice team for over 10 years.

Over the years, she has worked alongside a variety of specialist dentists, developing a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience. Known for her calm, caring, and professional approach, Bhavisha is a reassuring presence for both patients and clinicians, helping treatments run smoothly while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

In addition to her nursing role, Bhavisha is also a great support at reception and is always happy to lend a hand wherever needed. Her positive attitude, reliability, and team-focused approach make her an integral part of the practice and a valued colleague to everyone she works with.

Outside of work, Bhavisha is a keen baker who enjoys creating delicious treats for family and friends. She also enjoys socialising and attending the occasional party, making the most of time spent with loved ones. Her friendly personality and warm nature are reflected both inside and outside the practice.

Sabita is a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse who has been working in the dental field since 2024 and achieved her professional qualification in 2025. She has experience assisting both general dentists and implantologists, providing high-quality patient care and clinical support in a busy dental environment. Sabita is committed to maintaining excellent standards of infection control, patient comfort, and teamwork, helping to ensure a positive experience for every patient.

As Practice Manager, Margareta is proud to be part of an amazing team that is committed to exceptional patient care. Fostering strong relationships, supporting team success, and delivering excellent patient experiences are the parts of her job that Margareta enjoys most.

Bashra is the welcoming face of the dental practice. She brings 4 years in private medical administration, excelling in maintaining high-standard patient services and care. Transitioning from medical to dental care, Bashra combines clinical professionalism with a warm approach that puts patients at ease.

Bashra spends her free time with her family and loves Bollywood movies!
